- **Navigate to:** **Customization** → **Device Configuration**

- **Find app:** Select **Microsoft 365 Copilot app** from list
- **Disable:** **Clear the check box** for *"Enable automatic installation of Microsoft 365 Copilot app"*
- **Save:** Click **Save**
