If you do a lot of different kinds of document and office editing, it can be frustrating to constantly switch between applications to get things done. To counter this, Microsoft has launched an all-in-one Office application on Android that puts the best of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint under one roof.
If you do a lot of different types of office editing work and your work depends on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Microsoft has released an all-in-one Android Office app that brings the best of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint under one roof. So now you don’t need to check and switch between multiple programs to do your work.
If you trust your document, spreadsheet, and presentation-making needs with Google or Microsoft, you’d need to download three separate apps for those activities, as well as possibly their cloud storage system to store your files in. It wasn’t always that way since the Google Drive app used to be an all-in-one hub for Docs, Sheets, and Slides on Android, before eventually being split up into separate apps, allowing you to install only what you need.
Microsoft is taking the opposite approach having first released Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as separate apps, all of which are now being combined into one Microsoft Office app. Microsoft Office for Android, along with those three productivity apps, includes OneDrive connectivity and support to sign and scan PDF files.
Within Microsoft Office, you’ll also find a few odds-and-ends features such as the ability to share files to nearby computers, close to Google’s Files app, as well as a QR code scanner. The all-in-one Microsoft Office program does not include some much-needed features from its constituent applications, such as support for landscape devices such as Chromebooks and tablets.
You can download Microsoft Office for Android now from the Google Play Store from the following link,
